As COVID-19 continues to impact our island, Lopez Animal Protection Society (LAPS) has helped by delivering dog and cat food to the Lopez Island Family Resource Center (LIFRC) Food Bank.
Expected household needs for animal food each week will be approximately 120 pounds of dog food and 24 pounds of cat food. The request for help to feed our island animals is great and has exhausted our supplies, but we continue to order and purchase more food to help out. LAPS will gratefully accept your donations of dog and cat food to help fill this need. We are located in the village by PSR and Village Cycles. There is a large bin by the front door marked “Donations.” You can drop off what you can share in the donation bin
